इस आवेदन पत्र को शुल्क भुगतान की रसीद एवं शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्रों की फोटो प्रति सहित B.Ed कार्यालय में व्यक्तिगत / डाक / कूरियर द्वारा जमा करें।
